Welcome and a good start at Plastocell
Plastocell will significantly expand its product portfolio in various application areas and establish it in the market. We have been able to win Mr Harald Esser to support our market activities. He has been supporting the team since 01.02.2023 in order to make a valuable contribution to the success of Plastocell with his versatile experience and knowledge in the areas of product development, project management and sales.
For more than 20 years, Mr. Esser has worked responsibly and successfully as a product and project manager in the building supply industry for the companies Cape Calsil Deutschland GmbH and pinta acoustic gmbh, taking on development and sales tasks. His focus was always on solution-oriented consulting and meeting high standards of quality, safety and sustainability.
In his function as authorised signatory and project manager at pinta acoustic gmbh, a manufacturer of acoustically effective products for the building sector and industrial applications, he was responsible for the support of key customers, as well as for the further expansion of the project business and the associated successful management of special and large projects. From 2005 onwards, he acquired numerous projects, developed individual special solutions for them and successfully completed them. Together with OEM customers, some of them large companies in the construction supply industry, he was able to develop several private label products and support them in successfully launching them on the market. From the beginning, he was also responsible for the testing and certification of the products according to the building regulations.
Since August 2018, he has taken over the branch management of Konoa GmbH, a company for consulting, planning and realisation of high-quality working environments, with a focus on the acoustic optimisation of open-plan offices. In addition to managing up to 14 employees at the Cologne location, the main focus was on optimising and streamlining project processes from planning to purchasing and logistics to installation planning.
We are looking forward to the powerful addition to our team at Plastocell Kunststoff GmbH and wish Mr Esser a good start.
