Neu-Ulm/Kassel, Germany (9 April 2019). A family-owned company based in Kassel, Germany, and the global market leader in the area of gangway systems for buses and railway vehicles, HÜBNER has now acquired the GWU Group, headquartered in Neu-Ulm, Germany. Following the integration of the GWU businesses in the HÜBNER Group, GWU's two managing directors Tobias Lexhaller and Horst Grein will take on executive positions in the newly structured corporate group – with Lexhaller heading the business segment HÜBNER Material Solutions.
